3 Daily Practices to Stand in Your Power

In a world that constantly demands our attention, it's easy to lose sight of our inner strength. But what if you could reclaim your power each day through simple, intentional practices?
In this post, I share three transformative rituals that have helped me — and countless others — anchor into our true selves. These practices are designed to cultivate self-awareness, confidence, and clarity, empowering you to move through life with purpose and authenticity.
Whether you're seeking to manifest your desires, build self-love, or set intentional goals, these rituals offer a path to reconnect with your inner strength.
Let's dive in and explore how you can begin standing fully in your power today.
1) Tantric Manifestation Meditation //
This meditation, introduced to me by Katie Silcox, is a powerful practice for aligning your mind, body, and spirit with your deepest desires. By connecting to both your masculine and feminine energies, you create a balanced flow of determination and surrender—allowing you to manifest with clarity, intention, and ease.
To experience the full benefits, it’s recommended to practice every day for 40 consecutive days. Set aside a quiet space where you can be fully present, and approach the meditation as the seer, feeler, and surrenderer—witnessing your desires, feeling them deeply, and releasing them with trust.
The Technique:
Sit up tall in a quiet place, take 3 deep breaths to arrive to this space, and begin the practice:
Visualize your life / what you desire.
Feel it in your body; what feelings are a result of your visualization? Feel them now.
Say thank you as if it has already happened; provide gratitude for your life, thank whoever needs to be thanked, add in any type of prayer that you like.
Surrender it to a higher power First, bring awareness to your right side (masculine energy) which holds this desire, passion & fire. It’s the piece of you that has the will-power & determination to take the necessary action and it will stop at nothing until your desires are fulfilled. Second, bring awareness to your left side (feminine energy) which holds water, the flow of life & what is occurring. It’s the part of you that is already everything you desire, yet it becomes unattached to the final outcome & surrenders it all at the same time.
To close, repeat to yourself 3 times:

2) Mirror Work //
This practice helps you to treat yourself with more self-love, respect, and compassion by speaking kind and empowering words to yourself. As you learn to do this for yourself, you can extend that same kindness and compassion to others. This work will also remind you that you are your hardest critic; if you can meet yourself face to face and hold yourself in an empowering way, you’ll be ready to face the world with courage and confidence.
The Technique:
Find a comfortable space with your mirror.
Stand up tall, find a sense of confidence on your own two feet.
Establish eye contact with yourself.
Repeat your affirmations, 3-9 times for each line. “Name, I love you.” “Name, you are beautiful.” “Name, I accept you.” “Name, you are powerful.” “Name, you are worthy.”
Feel free to add anything else here as well.
Be present and mindful as you speak these.
Practice 40 days consecutively for full empowerment.

3) FSW Signature Goal Setting //
I created this template to help you claim your desires and accomplish your goals, as well as learn how to celebrate yourself along the journey. I wanted to create something that made goal setting feel exciting, fun and full of endless possibilities. This template is here to help you set audacious goals, while also having mini goals that you can celebrate along the way. This method helps you stay on your path while keeping the excitement close to you.
Template breakdown:
Claim Your Goal: Begin by getting crystal clear on what you truly want and claiming it. There’s a distinct energy that shifts when you name your goal with intention—it signals to yourself and the universe that you are ready to receive and pursue it.
Set a Goal Date: Giving your goal a specific timeline adds focus and momentum. Having a date in mind increases the shakti (the energy & power backed by love) behind it, helping you commit and take inspired action consistently.
Identify Your Desired Feeling: Beyond the tangible outcome, ask yourself: How do I want to feel once I achieve this goal? This feeling is often the true desire behind everything we pursue, guiding us toward what really matters.
Acknowledge Fear Resistance: Recognize the self-imposed barriers, doubts, and fears that may be holding you back. There’s incredible power in being honest with yourself and naming these challenges—it’s the first step in moving through them.
Define Action Steps / Mini Goals: Break your big goal into smaller, actionable steps. This makes the process feel less overwhelming, creates momentum, and allows you to celebrate progress along the way.
PROTIP: Set your goals from the you that is already whole rather than the parts that believe they need to be fixed through goals. This will enable your heart’s desires to fulfill their highest potential.
Read or write these everyday for 40 consecutive days.
