Hi, I'm Carole!

I created this course because when I discover a path that truly aligns with where I desire to go, and who I desire to become - I want to share it with others in hopes it will provide them with the meaning and fulfillment they seek.


These tools and techniques have enabled me to take control of my life and never feel like the victim of circumstances again. Once I found the discipline, dedication, and devotion to implement this work - the entire course of my life changed.

When we make even one small, simple decision in our self-care it can have a larger impact on our life in ways we could have never even imagined.

When we choose to start our days with self-love, we carry that energy through, and it not only contributes to our own happiness & freedom, but the happiness and freedom of those around us.

It all begins with finding the courage to prioritize our self-care, changing the things that are no longer working within our lives and choosing to be happy, healthy, and become the best version of ourselves.
