FSW x Summit Coffee Yoga Series

Practice yoga. Build community. Support local.

 

A bi-weekly yoga series led by Free Spirited Wanderer at Summit Coffee Birkdale, designed to bring people together through consistent practice. We’ll move, breathe, and build awareness on the mat, followed by community connection over your favorite beverage.

Tips & Tricks Series

Through each sesion, you’ll explore time-tested yogic principles, strength-building drills, and mindful refinements that support your overall practice.

 

​February 28 – Sun Salutations: Build the foundation of vinyasa through breath-led movement, mindful transitions, and steady alignment that supports an intentional, sustainable practice.​

 

March 28 – Forward Folds: Explore forward folds with an emphasis on spinal support, hamstring awareness, and core / low back stability.

​​

April 25 – Arm Balances: Approach arm balances through wise progression—building strength, stability, and trust step-by-step.

​​

May 23 – Inversions: Practice headstand and forearm balance with an emphasis on shoulder & core stability, awareness, and feeling confident while upside down.

​​

June 20 – Backbends: Experience backbends as a balance of strength and openness, with support through the spine, shoulders, and hips.​​​
