Service Description

A spacious room with three beds, 3 closets, private bathroom, and a safe. It's not directly on the beach but steps to the sea. **All prices are per person. This is the total cost for the retreat which INCLUDES: 5 night accommodations, 3 meals a day, daily yoga classes & empowerment workshops, salsa dancing, one tour, 60 minute spa treatment, ample free time, authentic feminine connection, FSW workbook + swag bag, and pre-retreat planning & support via a virtual meet & greet. NOT INCLUDED: flights, ground transportation (however, it is organized for you), travel insurance, additional excursions or treatments, alcohol, additional food / drinks. **Early bird pricing is valid through November 1, 2024.

Cancellation Policy

FSW RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY & TERMS Any cancellations done 91 days or more prior to retreat start date: The deposit is transferable one-time to another Free Spirited Wanderer Retreat within the same calendar year of the retreat you booked. You will have 30 days from the day of cancellation to inform us of your transfer. *If you choose to pay your final balance early, prior to its due date, you are still only eligible for a transfer. No refunds are provided. Any cancellations done 61-90 days prior to retreat start date: The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance (total cost minus the deposit) is not refundable, but it is transferable to a future Free Spirited Wanderer Retreat within one year of your cancellation date. Any cancellations done 0-60 days prior to retreat start date: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unforeseen Circumstances: Free Spirited Wanderer is not responsible for any of the following, and there will be no refunds nor discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, injury, or illness. For additional protection due to any unforeseen circumstances, it is highly recommended that all participants purchase travel insurance at the time of booking the retreat. Retreat Final Balance Late Payments: If your invoice is Early Bird Pricing and your payment is not received within 48 hours of your original due date, your invoice will move to Regular Pricing and be updated with your new due date plus the dollar difference between the pricing. If your invoice is Regular Pricing, and your payment is not received within 48 hours of your original due date, a $25 late fee will be added. **Any final balance payments not received within 72 hours of your original due date may result in a forfeiture of your booking.
